What we do daily, matters the most, not what we do once in a while
Habits:
The task that we do daily and habits is something that makes or breaks a person. So there are some healthy habits you could apply to your life and I am sure if you adapt these habits into your life consciously, then pretty soon you will see tremendous change in your life. Many studies suggest it takes 22 days to form a habit. It means if we do a particular task for 21 days straight, it gets fed in our subconscious mind and our brain accepts it as a habit. But latest scientific research shows it is not 21 but 66 days. So the habits are given here, practice these for 66 days. Make a list of it and read this list everyday. Because if you are fit, you can work for a longer period of your life.

Unless you're thankful for the things you have, you will never feel positive. So thank you to God that he has blessed you with this life and for what you have right now. So thank you to God, to your friends, family and everybody that has been in your life. If you can’t say to them, just write it on paper. But say thank you.
Habit #5: Eat healthy & do Fasting:
The phrase 'You Are What You Eat'. So if you choose to consume processed food, it's obvious you will face more anxiety, depression and health related issues. While you choose to consume natural whole food then you will have a more active mind. Fasting is something that has been practiced over centuries in every religion, mostly in Islamic religion. By fasting for one day in a week, our entire immune system is repaired. You can also adopt other methods of fasting, such as intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is a cure for almost all types of physical imbalance. Basically it means eating healthy for 8 hours and 16 hours without any food, only water. If you could manage to do this for even 20 days, you are going to see tremendous results. Just try this one out. It really works. Some research says if you can do water fast for 72 hours in one go, it resets your entire immune system.
Habit #6: Drink more water:
As we know, most of our body, as well as brain, is made up of water, that’s why water is very important for our growth. So make a habit of drinking more and more water. 1 gallon of water a day is sufficient, which means 4 to 4.5 liters. Drinking water makes our digestive system better, helps in weight loss, sharpens the brain, and along with this, it has many other benefits.
Habit #7: Live in the present:
Many people ruin their present thinking and stress about the past and future. Staying in the past is absolutely normal and many people do this normally. But this habit is not going to benefit you at all. What is gone, is gone, now what is required is, what you are doing in the present moment. Suppose you are building a wall. So when this will finish, how it will get done, why ruin your present stressing over it. Only look at in the next 10 minutes, I will put a brick, in the best way possible and this way you will see you will make a wall, a perfect wall and you will thank yourself that you adopted the approach to be in the present moment.
Habit #8: Learn new skills:
In today's world skill is something everybody must have so he could not only make a living but also a fortune. But often after education we do not show any interest in learning a skill and chances are high if we learn a skill, then it could make a thing in our portfolio that could help us in business, jobs and almost everywhere. This skill could be anything like learning a new language, learning a tool or anything. So start a habit to learn a skill.
Habit #8: Make decisions consciously:
We must be seeing that we do almost every work on auto mode and we do this because our brain wants to save its energy. But what we need is to make our brain work more and make it work consciously because when we make decisions becoming more rational, logical and conscious, then we make better decisions and often when we take decisions by being conscious and on auto mode, we often make wrong decisions. So develop a habit to make your brain make decisions consciously and keep reminding yourself again and again, that all the work has to be done consciously.
Habit #9: Save at least 10% of income:
We all have a dream to achieve financial freedom someday but what we see is years and years keeps passing and your dream remains a dream. So in this case all we need to do is save 10% of our income. If your monthly income is 10,000 then save 1000. If your monthly income is 1 lac, then save 10,000, but save at least. Then we can make an emergency fund or make an investment portfolio of it. But the very first step is to start saving money. So I began by saving 10%.

What often happens is that we learn many things for a certain age. But after a certain age we become rigid about learning and giving the place for new things in life. But it is seen that most successful people are lifelong learners. They learn, always and consciously. And it helps them be upgraded. So adopt this one habit too to learn more and more, and have an open mind. For this, read books, listen to podcasts or look at people around you. What are the things they are doing so well? Maybe a person uses hand gestures so well while talking, learn this art from him. There is another person who has a tremendous work ethic then learns it from him. And this way you can learn many things from many people.
Habit #11: Set Goals:
Jim Rohn quotes:
We cannot move casually into a better future. We cannot casually pursue the goal we have set for ourselves. A goal that is casually pursued is not a goal; at best it is a wish, and wishes are little more than self-delusion.
Adopt a habit to set goals. Yearly goals, half years, monthly goals and even daily goals. And review your goals so you could know you are moving towards your bigger goal. And if you set your daily goals and while reviewing them in the evening, you notice that you have achieved your daily goals. It gives a boost to your self esteem. So the next day you can feel even more motivated to fulfill your goals. Because your primary goal is to design your life according to you, not just living.
Habit #12: Develop your personality:
Learn some things that could make your personality splendid. Because the world judges you by your personality. So work towards cultivating an attractive personality. There are so many traits people find attractive like how people use hand gestures while talking, you can see this in many TV interviews that how celebrities use their hand gestures to convey their message better. You can work towards making your voice deeper. You can find so many tips about it on the internet. Apart from that work on your dressing sense and grooming. Remember, the more you learn, the more you will feel confident about yourself and you will connect better with people.

Nature has a tremendous power to help you up, it gives you a piece of mind and spending time with nature is a meditation itself. In it you get Vitamin-D through sunlight which is so beneficial for your brain, bones and overall health. So adapt this one habit to spend some in the lap of nature.
Habit #14: Create A Vision Board:
Vision board is something that motivates you to stick to your goals, brings positive vibrations inside you and keeps you on the track of success and happiness. To create your vision board, place one photo each of what you want to have in life. And it is not necessary for things to be materialistic only, you could place some spiritual pics that could remind you that peace of mind is your very first priority. Keep looking at this on a daily basis and when needed, update this. This is a very powerful exercise that allows you to stick to your goal through visualization and keeps reminding you where you need to go in life.
